    Filling: Pour the boiling water and sugar to
  coffee powder.

Filling
    Pour the egg yolk in and stir with the mixture. Add
  sugar cooked to 121 and keep stirring. Then melt
  the gelatine in warm wine. Stir the cream cheese
  then add the mixture of no. 2,3 and 4.Finally stir with
  the sparkling cream.

Tiramisu
    Squeeze some filling in the mold. Put the sponge
  scrubbed with coffee in then squeeze more filling
  and put another piece of sponge (still scrubbed with
  coffee) then squeeze some filling for the last time.
  Take part of the filling and mix a little coco powder.
